Guest Speaker at Université Libre de Bruxelles on “The Future of International Investment Law”

In May 2023, Professor Steffen Hindelang spoke on “The Future of International Investment Law,” at Université libre de Bruxelles.

In his speech he not only spoke about the reform efforts in treaty making in Europe, but also the most recent call by some US House and Senate Members to remove Investor-State Dispute Settlement from existing and future US agreements.

The discussion was joined by Simon Batifort and Professor Nicolas Angelet and his students from the Master Programme in European Business Law of the Université Libre de Bruxelles Master.
