Guest Speaker at Roschier Arbitration Forum 2023 on “Investment treaty protection with respect to the screening of Foreign Direct Investment

In May 2023, Professor Steffen Hindelang spoke as a Guest Speaker at Roschier Arbitration Forum 2023 which took place in Stockholm and spoke about “Investment Treaty Protection with respect to the screening of Foreign Direct Investment.”

The panels were composed of leading arbitration practitioners, scholars, and experienced in-house counsel, who gave their expert views on Navigating the New Geopolitical Landscape in Arbitration.
